Well this all got a bit more real this morning as the postman delivered me a run number…
So I suppose I best do a last 10k at some point this week! Then tough mudder was 12 miles, but there was plenty of obstacles to have a rest / change the muscles being used at!
Think this might be my last real fitness challenge of the year. I might have to work out something for November / December! Otherwise it will just be the Brighton half to look forward to at the end of February and that seems too long to wait!
With the plan to cycle to Amsterdam maybe I should focus on some cycling as training too, maybe I don’t need extra challenges to wrap round that!
