So walking down stairs is rather too painful since last night. This delayed onset muscle soreness (doms) is enough to make me think I am never wanting a two week break from the gym again!
I had a slight case on Tuesday from Monday, but with some rowing and core yesterday seem to have made it much worse.
Oh well grin and put up with it I will have to. At least I know from past experience once in the gym habbit doms get a lot less bad!
