I’ve been working on my fitness and started eating more healthily at the same time. On Friday I managed my first proper (i.e. not from knees plank) this has really made my week.

There’s 2 more pounds to go to get me down to 19 stone. The BBC website suggests 14 stone 6 will take my BMI down to 30 (that’s just overweight instead of obese), so that’s the next big target, and the giant target is 12 stone (i.e. the top of the normal weight range)

So to the giant target (which isn’t the end goal) is 7 stone 2 pounds from now.
