There is a coca-cola vending machine at work. It went wrong and was taking money and not giving refunds. Why was I the first person to write down the machine number and call the number on the machine?
Of course they are more than happy to send an engineer out to look at it, but if they never get told how do they know to fix it?
Maybe it’s because working in IT support I get upset when people don’t report problems to us that I am keen to report things. I just wish other people would take the time to report problems as often as I seem to.
